I work with individuals, couples, and families who find themselves thinking, “It must get better than this!” My specialty is helping people navigate the complicated, messy terrain of relationships, including ambivalence, infidelity, intimacy, sex, parenting, and restructuring family systems to better reflect the people in them. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and create a space where real insight and change can happen. Therapy with me is equal parts meaningful work, honest conversation, and the occasional well-placed laugh, because growth can be hard, but it definitely doesn’t have to be miserable. We’re in it together.
